The 2024 CST13 Leadership Lab is an annual, flagship event dedicated to empowering and connecting Boy Scouts of America (BSA) leaders in the Council Service Territory 13 area. This year's headline focus is on the exciting launch of the new-for-2024 Cub Scouts Program (Fun. Simple. Easy!) making it a must-attend event for Cub Scout Leaders, as well as our more-typical audience of commissioners, dedicated volunteers, and Scouting professionals.

The Oscar Lasko Program, Activity & Resource Campus — aka PARC — is a seamless combination of indoor and outdoor space in Chester County Council, creating an amenity unparalleled for training and program opportunities for our Scouts, adult leaders and the community. Its 28 acres of expansive green space provides a wealth of opportunities for environmental education, outdoor living skills development, team-building and leadership enhancement as well as recreational and fitness programs including fishing, hiking, team sports and outdoor games.
